Overview

Through this challenge, we will provide a “points of strategy” guide that outlines the key elements of building electrification, along with the strategic measures needed to achieve asset transformation at scale. This challenge is for local governments to incorporate these points of strategy into a Strategic Plan in which they announce their intent to proceed with green procurements.
